Jamie Kelly, Chaplain

Jamie Kelly has served as a Pastor and Discipleship Director at City Church in Bartlesville, OK for over 10 years. In 2020 he helped launch a second location of City Church in Pawhuska, OK where he now resides and serves as Campus Pastor. He and his family are passionate about serving the community in Osage County.
